Route Sales Representative
City Laundering Co., a company with more than 100 years of proven success, has an immediate full-time opening for a Route Sales Representative based out of the Des Moines area. This individual will be responsible for establishing, maintaining and building strong customer relationships through responsive and creative sales and service strategies.
Activities would include prompt, effective customer service, loading and unloading of delivery truck with clean and/or soiled laundry, delivering of products to customers and other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate would be
self-motivated, able to work independently and thrives on a job well done. Customer service-oriented, good math comprehension, the ability to work in a team atmosphere, clean driving record, and a valid Iowa driver’s license a must. Physical demands may include the following: ability to continuously stand, bend, rotate trunk, reach out and/or up, lift and/or carry, walk, climb and grasp. Must also be able to lift up to 60 lbs on a frequent basis. We offer a competitive benefits plan, including a 4-day workweek.
