Experience:
Jean began working at City Laundering
in 1989. She maintains her past supervisory responsibilities
for the stockroom by providing direction and setting
goals for the stockroom staff. As plant manager, she
has primary responsibility for supervising the processing
of over 100,000 rental items each week and all personnel
matters including recruiting, training, and coaching
employees. Jean is also responsible for various reporting
duties intended to monitor productivity and quality.
